National News: Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi launched a scathing attack on the Modi government in Colombia. Addressing engineering students at EIA University in Colombia, Rahul Gandhi said that the attack on democracy is the biggest threat to India. He said that India has many religions, traditions, and languages. A democratic system provides space for all.

But the current democratic system is under attack from all sides. Regarding India's growing relevance in the global arena, Rahul Gandhi said that with 1.4 billion people, India has tremendous potential. However, India's system is completely different from China's, as it has a diverse range of languages, cultures, traditions, and religions. Therefore, India's system is a bit complex.

India can give a lot to the world-Rahul

Rahul Gandhi said that India has much to offer the world. However, there are some flaws and risks in the Indian structure that India must overcome. The biggest risk is the ongoing attack on democracy. He said that democracy requires accommodation for diverse traditions, religions, and ideas. However, the democratic system in India is currently under severe attack.

He said, "We cannot do what China does—oppress people and run an authoritarian system. Our structure will not accept this." He said, "India is China's neighbor and a major partner of the United States. We sit right at the intersection of these two powers." He said, "India has immense potential. Its population is larger than China's."

'India cannot suppress people like China'

India's system is very complex. India's strengths are different from China's. India also has an ancient spiritual and ideological tradition that is very useful in today's world. He also said that India cannot oppress its people like China. We cannot run a dictatorial system. Speaking about the United States, Rahul said that President Trump's polarizing campaign is largely focused on the unemployed.
